1st & 2nd Class Autism – March Fortnightly / CM x2
This bundle includes two fully planned fortnightly schemes designed specifically for 1st & 2nd Class autism settings, themed around Spring. Each plan is highly structured, visual, and accessible, with clear routines, simple language, and consistent supports to help pupils feel safe, regulated, and confident in their learning.
The fortnightlies are curriculum-aligned and cross-curricular, using Spring as a meaningful and engaging theme across literacy, numeracy, SESE, SPHE, and Aistear-style learning. Activities explore seasonal change, weather, plants and animals, growth, and care for the environment in a concrete, developmentally appropriate way that supports understanding and real-life connections.
Tasks are carefully designed to reduce cognitive load and support independence, offering multiple ways to engage through visual supports, hands-on activities, movement breaks, sensory elements, structured discussion, and supported choice.
