📖 Fortnightly/CM Plan Description – Infants (Weather & Seasons Theme)
This fortnightly plan is based on the theme “Weather & Seasons” and is designed for Senior Infants, Junior Infants, and a Support Learning Group. The plan links to all areas of the Irish Primary School Curriculum and is delivered through a thematic, play-based, and sensory-rich approach.
Learning experiences are differentiated across the three groups, with multi-modal access provided through oral language, AAC, visual supports, gesture, drawing, sequencing, and sensory responses. Sensory integration is embedded throughout.
